Chuck is one of the nation's top experts on fraud and white-collar crime. As an author, investigative reporter, trainer and speaker, Chuck has devoted his career to educating the public and supporting law enforcement in their fight against multiple types of fraud.

Chuck has authored several books on multiple fraud-related subjects including: Age without Rage, MediScams, Easy Money and Scam School. Scam School has been read and seen by more than one million people.Chuck has also authored the highly acclaimed Police Heroes, a book that chronicles the stories of heroic police officers saving lives while under fire.
Chuck is often seen on many of the nation's top talk shows. He has appeared on Oprah six times and has appeared on other popular programs such as The Today Show, The View, Maury Povich, Extra, Hard Copy and Inside Edition. He has also produced or lent his investigative reporting talents to numerous TV segments on fraud-related topics including segments for Inside Edition, Hard Copy, 60 Minutes II, CNBC, CNN, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel and all four national networks.
In recent years, Chuck has been sought out to provide training seminars for the FBI, Secret Service, U.S. Postal Inspectors, A.T.F, D.E.A. and multiple local law enforcement agencies. He is also a regular writer and contributor to Law Enforcement magazine. In partnership with the Better Business Bureau, Chuck addresses audiences across the country to alert consumers to the threats posed by con artists.
